  • Respect for All • Always treat other members with dignity and respect. Hate speech, harassment, or any form of discrimination is not tolerated.

  • No Spam or Self-Promotion • Our forums are intended for sharing experiences and insights. Do not use them to advertise your own products or services.

  • Keep it Relevant • Please make sure your posts are relevant to the theme of family caregiving. Off-topic discussions may be removed.

  • Confidentiality is Key • Some community members may share sensitive information about their caregiving situation. Respect their privacy. Don't share or discuss their personal matters outside the community.

  • Positive and Constructive Engagement • While it's okay to vent frustrations, the focus should be on finding solutions and support. Negative comments that do not contribute to constructive conversations may be removed.

  • No Medical or Legal Advice • Remember that many of us are not healthcare or legal professionals. It's okay to share experiences, but please do not offer medical or legal advice. Also Dr. Jones, while offering options to consider, will not provide medical or legal advice. For specific concerns, consult qualified experts.

  • Moderation and Reporting • If you encounter a post or behavior that violates these guidelines, report it to our moderators. We're here to maintain a safe and valuable space for everyone.

  • Be Honest but Thoughtful • Always strive for honesty in your contributions but weigh your words for their impact on others. Misleading information can be harmful.

  • Check the FAQs and Resources First • Before posting a question, please check if the answer is already available in our FAQs or resource section to maintain a streamlined discussion.

  • Enjoy and Contribute • The value of our community is enriched by the participation and contribution of every single member. Your experience, insights, and questions are important to all of us.
